Autumn Mississippi River Walleye

For the last decade or so, mid-October has meant heading up to Minneapolis for the annual Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC) in Minneapolis. The last couple years, I have traveled up to Minnesota the weekend before the conference, to do some late-autumn fishing with my father-in-law.

First Kayak Fish

First Fish from my Vibe Sea Ghost 110

On Memorial Day, I was able to get my Vibe Sea Ghost out onto the water, and do some fishing for a few hours. The combination of baseball, and the cold, crappy spring weather has meant this is only the second time I’ve been able to get my kayak on the water. The second time must be a charm, because I hooked this lovely 30 inch Northern Pike, for both my first Northern and my first fish from my new kayak.
