Pardon my filthy Tacoma, Chicagoland has had some wild weather the last few weeks, and I haven’t had time to get her cleaned up. Instead, enjoy the Kemper Kustoms Toyota Vintage Racing Stripe Hitch Cover my wife bought me for Christmas.
You cannot go wrong with vintage Toyota colors, and this hitch cover is built like a tank…this easily adds at least 5 horsepower. 😂
I fixed my biggest annoyance with the Tacoma’s interior the other day…replacing the comically small and shallow OEM radio knobs with a set of TACOMODS knurled, black anodized aluminum, backlit knobs. They look better than the OEM knobs too.
Yes, I am aware this is a random and seemingly useless mod. I also don’t care…my radio knobs are functional.

I took delivery of my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road on Monday. As Cousin Eddie would say, “It’s a good looking vehicle, ain’t it?”
Well, I did a thing. I put money down and placed an order for my next vehicle…a 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road.
I’ve been a MINI-owner for nearly 20 years now, but it’s time for me to move on. Everything about the Toyota Tacoma is a completely different automotive direction for me, but I am excited about it.
Read More…Over the weekend, I visited the Chicago Auto Show with my father-in-law, and my 6-year old son. A few cars stood out to me…the new Ford GT, the (new?) Acura NSX, the Toyota FT-1 concept, the Porsche 918 Spyder, and the Nissan GT-R LM Nismo that will be competing at Le Mans later this year.
